TACC Visualization Lab on UT Campus, with Parking

Fellow Dorkbotters! The long hot summer is coming to a close and soon it will be safe to venture outside of our climate controlled homes for extended periods of time! As such, it is time for us to get together and show off our summer projects! This event will be a bit special, as we have been invited into the TACC Visualization Lab (http://www.tacc.utexas.edu/resources/visualization/#overview) on UT’s campus where we will get to see the completed Blackboard 2.0 first shown off on paper at Dorkbot27 back in January. We are still looking for a couple more presenters, so if you’ve got something you’ve been itching to show off, please get in touch with us at dorkbotaustin@dorkbot.org. Since we will be inside a high-end visualization lab, it is probably best to leave any projects involving flame or slime for another meeting, but any other types of projects would be welcomed.
