dorkbot-wpb schedule of activities
beginning in may of 2006, dorkbot-wpb will hold regular meetings quarterly or so, with the possibility of added events as they present themselves.
dorkbot-wpb is hosted by the School of Music and Fine Arts at Palm Beach Atlantic University in downtown West Palm Beach.
From the Florida Turnpike or I-95, go east on Okeechobee Blvd. into downtown West Palm Beach. To get to the Vera Lea Rinker building, turn south on Dixie Hwy. (US 1), and turn left on the fourth street, which is Acacia Rd. The building is on the right side of the street. It is one block north of the Norton Museum of Art.
to get to room 119, to into the main entrance on acacia street, go through a door on the left into a hallway, and 119 is immediately on the left.
the first meeting is scheduled for saturday, may 13, 2006 at 2:00 pm. bring yourself, any gizmos you want to show off (leave your plasma-ray guns at home please), and snacks to share. see the sidebar on this page for meeting location information, or click here for a map.
