Tina Hoggatt is a public artist and arts educator living in Issaquah, Washington. Her permanent public art installations include works at Safeco Field, and Kenton's light rail station in North Portland. She served as a citizen volunteer on King County Art Commission's public art committee for four years (now 4Culture).
