SHOW AND TELL GUIDELINES

SAFETY: YOU are 100% responsible for the safe operation of your device inside or outside the CoCA space. DON’T HURT US OR YOURSELF!!!

POWER: if you have an unusual power requirement, please BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR.

EQUIPMENT: please bring your own tools, extension cables etc. – everything you need to display your devices. We will have SOME large tables and about 8 pedestals; if you have a particularly large object or collection, please bring your own table.

SETUP: We will be at CoCA from ~4.00 pm on the 5th setting up tables and chairs. Setup for show and tell officially starts at 6 pm along with the Tesla documentary and SRL videos, but if you want to a) bring equipment or b) set up earlier, let us know (see below).

VOLUNTEERS: if you need assistance showing your device or keeping the audience at a safe distance, please arrange for people to help you before you come along to dorkbot. We’ll have some of our own volunteers around, but it would help us if you brought your own, too. Thank you!!!
